  • Do you deliver?

    Yes! We are based out of Bucks County, PA, serving the greater Philadelphia area. We are willing to travel outside of the Philadelphia area. Delivery fees apply.

  • Can I customize my balloons?

  • What type of balloons do you use?

    We work with the highest quality latex and foil balloons. Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable.

  • Do you have an order minimum?

    All custom installations have a minimum order of $300.00. Grab & Go orders do not have a minimum.

  • Are there any fees?

    Installation Fee:

    Custom Installation fee is 20% of your total order.

    Delivery Fee:

    Delivery fees are added on top of your final invoice total. All deliveries are based on the distance from 19057.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    A non-refundable retainer of 50% of your order total is due at the time of booking for your custom install. All Grab & Garlands and pick up orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation Policy?

    All retainers made to book your event are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future. Any cancellations made less than one week of instal, delivery, or pick up are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.

  • Do you come back and take down the installation?

    When your event has ended this is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in break down service to remove the balloon , this can be provided at an additional charge. Please mention this when you are inquiring.

  • How long do your balloons last?

    We use the highest quality balloons and materials but can not guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Some may and can pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. Environmental factors, weather, and surfaces are a few of the things that can jeopardize the lifespan of the balloons.
